Terms of Service
Last updated: July 10, 2026
1Agreement
These terms govern your use of the Wrangler desktop application and related services (accounts, licensing, billing), operated by [LEGAL ENTITY NAME], [JURISDICTION]. By installing the app or creating an account you agree to them.
2The software & your license
Wrangler is proprietary software. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use it. Free tier: for any use within the free feature set. Pro: one person, any number of their machines. Team: as many people as paid seats. License keys may not be shared, resold, or published; doing so may lead to revocation.
3Your agents, your repositories, your responsibility
Wrangler orchestrates third-party coding agents (Claude Code, Codex, Cursor, and others) that you install, configure, and pay for. When you dispatch work, those agents can edit files, run commands, and use git in the working directories you point them at — with autonomy levels the app discloses before each dispatch.
You are responsible for: reviewing changes agents make before relying on or shipping them; the repositories and data you expose to agents; complying with your agent providers' own terms; and anything the agents do in your environment. Wrangler is a control tower, not a co-author — we accept no liability for code produced or actions taken by agents.
4Beta status
Wrangler is currently a beta. It is provided as is, without warranty of any kind— features may change, break, or be removed. During the beta all paid tiers are unlocked for free; we'll give account holders clear notice before any paid enforcement begins.
5Accounts, billing & refunds
Payments are processed by Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled — you can cancel any time from the billing portal in the app, effective at the end of the paid period. The lifetime license is a one-time payment for the Pro feature set, for the lifetime of the product.
Refunds: [REFUND POLICY — e.g. full refund within 14 days of first purchase, no questions asked]. Revoked-for-abuse licenses (§2) are not refunded.
6Acceptable use
Don't use Wrangler to break the law, to attack systems you don't have authorization for, or to interfere with the licensing service (probing, scraping, forging keys). We may suspend accounts that do.
7Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from these terms or the software is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages — including lost data, lost profits, or the conduct of third-party agents and services.
8Termination
You can stop using Wrangler and delete your account at any time (see the Privacy Policy for data deletion). We may terminate accounts for material breach of these terms after notice, refunding any unused prepaid period unless the breach was abuse under §2/§6.
9Governing law & changes
These terms are governed by the laws of [JURISDICTION]. We may update them; material changes will be announced to account holders by email at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use after that is acceptance.
